BAJA.....a whale of a time

A few months ago I went to Baja- Mexico to a special place where mother GREY Whales give birth. There are sometimes thousands of mother whales there and they are teaching their young to breath and swim. There is minimal tourism allowed and of course, like many unique things, it's extremely difficult to get to. But once there we were almost guaranteed to see and possibly pet baby whales. Sure enough....it happened. Like all "babies", they are curious and the mother whales actually encourage them to come and check out our boats nearby. I have a great video of it. It's a treasure and makes me smile. So sweet.
