RIO SECRETO- Cancun Caves

OMG another awesome adventure! I was in Cancun and took a tour where we got to swim in underground caves! Again, very protected area. We had to shower and get in sanitized wetsuits and life vests. Then given helmets with lights and special water shoes, etc. On the tour, we meandered though many pathways, entered shallow pools of water where the sand floor was pure white and then deeper water holes where we had to swim- actually float with our vests on. The unique formations were around every corner. What a magical wonder to amerce ourselves into- spooky and very dark without our lights. Unique experience indeed. FUN.
